Cancellation Policy

HOLIDAY CAMPS Credit notes will be provided pro-rata for any unspent days if the camp has to be cancelled due to a local or national lockdown. If a child cannot attend due to illness, a credit note will be provided, at DGSSs discretion, for any unspent days, pro-rata the weekly fee. Credit notes are not provided if a child misses a morning/afternoon/day of the course due to an appointment or other activity. Refunds will not be issued. WEEKLY CLASSES & TRAINING SESSIONS/MATCHES Bookings are made on a termly basis; we do not offer make-up sessions, credits or refunds for misses classes/training or matches. If we are informed that your child is unable to attend in advance of the start of term, a credit note will be provided at DGSS’s discretion. Refunds will not be used.
